Refunds & Exchanges

If customer is not happy with my products or has any problem , please contact me within 5 days after customer has received order. I'm happy to give the best solution for your problem.

If customer want to exchange or send back for refund , customer is responsible for shipping cost.

Seller will RETURN MONEY BACK 80% of cost of item

- If order is returned in case buyer was NOT at home when order was arrived and item is unclaimed.

- In case buyer ordered wrong and want to return for getting money back.

if you do not receive your package before 8 weeks excluding weekends from the date of shipment. Please contact me , refund or replacement will be sent to you.


Seller is not responsible If order is returned or lost because of buyer give information wrong. (ex. the wrong address). So please make sure that your address is correct.

In case of returned item because of wrong address , seller will send money back 80%.

If package returned to seller and buyer want to reship , buyer need responsible for reshipping cost.
